FEES:

▪ All rates are in US dollars and charged in the equivalent on Mexican Pesos using the exchange rate of your bank or PayPal at the moment of your payment.

▪ All prices include TAX.

TRANSPORTATION: 

• The transportation service is not included, but can be requested in advance with an extra cost which will depend on the number of people and time of tour.

CANCELATIONS:  All cancellations made with at least 24 hours before your tour are subject to a 100% refund. All cancellations done within 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded. If you do not show for your activity at the given day and time, no refund will be made. We may cancel your tour if weather conditions are not favorable; in such events, you may decide to reschedule or obtain a full refund.
